Shortly after 10 p.m., officers responded to another shooting, at the intersection of Bentalou and Fayette streets in the Penrose/Fayette Street Outreach neighborhood, where they found an adult male with several gunshot wounds to his body.

Due to the severity of the victim's injuries, homicide detectives were called to the scene. He was still being treated Saturday, but police did not release his condition.
