A 36-year-old man was shot in the back Thursday afternoon near the Edmondson Village Shopping Center, police said.
Officers found the man just after 2 p.m. to the 800 block of Walnut Ave. in the Rognel Heights neighborhood in Southwest Baltimore, police said. He was taken to a hospital, and his condition was not released.
Police did not give any information on a suspect or motive. Southwestern District detectives are investigating, and anyone with information may call 410-396-2488.
