Two men shot Saturday in Northwest, South Baltimore

Two men were shot in Baltimore Saturday, one in the Northwest police district and the other in the Southern district, police said.

The first incident happened in the city's Dolfield neighborhood around 3 a.m. Saturday. Officers went to the 3900 block of Oakford Ave. where they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to police. Officers said the man had been shot in an attempted robbery two blocks away.

He was taken to the hospital and police say he was listed in stable but critical condition.

The second shooting happened in the 2200 block of Annapolis Road shortly before 2 p.m., police said. A man was shot in the leg, according to police, but no other details were immediately available.
