Three people were shot, one fatally, in Baltimore on Thursday, according to police.
A 31-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds died today in the Parkview/Woodbrook neighborhood, police said. Police responded at 1:41 p.m. to the report of a shooting at the intersection of Auchentoroly Terrace and Fulton Avenue where officers found the victim, police said. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police said two persons of interest were taken into custody shortly thereafter. Homicide detectives are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2100.
Earlier Thursday, two men were shot in the leg in separate incidents, police said.
A 16-year-old was shot in the leg in the 1700 block of Cliftview Ave. in the Darley Park neighborhood, police said. He was transported to an area hospital.
Eastern District Detectives are investigating the incident and ask anyone with information to call 410-396-2433.
Earlier in the day, a 40-year-old man walked into a Baltimore hospital after being shot in the leg on the city's west side, police said.
At about 10:46 a.m., officers responded to a hospital, where the man apparently transported himself after being shot in the 900 block of W. Saratoga St. in the Poppleton neighborhood, police said. His condition was not immediately available.

The shootings — approaching 300 nonfatal incidents in the city this year — follows a busy night for Baltimore detectives. Five people were shot in E. Baltimore on Wednesday, police said.
