Baltimore police said a 43-year-old man was shot in southwest Baltimore Thursday night.
Officers were called at 10:35 p.m. to the 2300 block of Wilkens Avenue in Carrollton Ridge, where they found the victim who had been shot in the upper body. The victim was taken to an area hospital.

Baltimore police on Friday also identified two men killed in shooting earlier this week.
Neil Brown, 26, of the 700 block of Venable Avenue, was shot in the 3400 block of Old York Road on Tuesday.
Warren Williams, 22, of the 3700 block of Elkanah Place, was 3600 block of Garrison Boulevard Thursday.
