Two shot, one fatally, in Baltimore early Thursday

Two men were shot and one killed in separate incidents in Baltimore early on Thursday morning, according to police.

Police said 35-year-old Frank Harper was killed in the 5500 block of Reisterstown Road after he got into an argument with an armed security guard at a Subway restaurant. The two got into an argument that spilled outside into a fight, and police said the guard — who has not been identified — fired his weapon multiple times, striking Harper at least once.
