Northeast Baltimore robbers lure victims over Grindr, police say

Baltimore police are seeking to identify a group of men suspected of luring people using social media and dating apps to rob them.

The robberies took place over the last several weeks around Loch Raven Boulevard in Northeast Baltimore. Police said the suspects have been luring the victims to apartment buildings – including a laundry room –and then robbing them, at one point displaying a black handgun.

The victims were lured over social media sites and dating apps, including Grindr.

The robberies took place on Oct. 25, Nov. 6, Nov. 10 and Nov. 11, in locations on Loch Raven Boulevard, Hillen Road and Woodbourne Avenue.

Anyone who can identify the men pictured in the images released by police should call detectives at 410-396-2444.
