Two Baltimore police officers have been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation into “alleged misconduct” on their part at a Southeast Baltimore night club, police confirmed Wednesday.
Police were dispatched to the Euphoria night club, in the 1300 block of Ponca St. in the Canton Industrial Area, about 2:30 a.m. Monday in relation to a report of an armed person, said T.J. Smith, a police spokesman.
No arrests were made, he said.
Smith would not describe the specific allegations against the officers, which he said were the subject of an “internal investigation.”
He also would not identify the officers, who he said were off duty at the time.
The club could not be reached for comment on Wednesday.
