A 35-year-old man from Glen Burnie was arrested Tuesday and charged in the July 30 killing of a man in Cherry Hill, police said.
Erik Mullins, of the 6400 block of Washington Square, was charged with first-degree murder. Online court records did not list his attorney.
Police said Mullins shot 48-year-old John Davis in the head on the 800 block of Seagull Street. Officers were called to the shooting about 12:30 a.m. July 30. Davis died at the hospital.
