Man stabbed father to death during argument, police said

Baltimore police say they have arrested and charged a 23-year-old man with the stabbing death of his father Friday in their home just west of Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Jadiq Robinson is charged with murder, assault and weapons charges in connection with the fatal stabbing of Billy Vines, 59, in the 1100 block of Carroll St. in the Washington Village/Pigtown neighborhood, Baltimore Police said early Sunday.

Robinson was involved in an argument with his father, and stabbed him several times, police said. Vines was pronounced dead at the scene.

Robinson is being held at central booking, police said.
