A man was killed Monday night in Southwest Baltimore’s Saint Josephs neighborhood, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
At about 10:10 p.m., officers responded to a reported shooting in the 3500 block of St. Joseph St., where they found a man with a gunshot wound to his chest. Citizens in the area heard the man ask for help and rendered aid until medics arrived, police said.
The victim, who police did not immediately identify, was taken to a hospital, where he died, according to police.
Earlier in the night, just after 7 p.m., a man was fatally shot in the 200 block of Douglas Court, just blocks from Johns Hopkins Hospital, according to police.
