A man was shot and killed in Northwest Baltimore early Saturday morning, according to city police.
Officers went to the 5400 block of Crismer Avenue in the city's Woodmere neighborhood to investigate a a report of an injured person, and found a 34-year-old man suffering multiple gunshot wounds, according to police. Medics pronounced him dead on the scene.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident but no further details were immediately available.
The shooting marks the 17th homicide in the city's Northwestern Police district so far this year.
