Boy, 13, arrested in Southeast Baltimore home invasion, police said

A 13-year-old boy was arrested and 16-year-old boy is wanted for allegedly taking part in a home invasion Monday in Southeast Baltimore, police said.

The two boys, along with three unknown suspects, forced their way inside a home on the 2000 block of E. Lombard St. in the Butcher's Hill neighborhood, police said.

Police did not name the 13-year-old. Officers are searching for the 16-year-old, Dominick Phillips, who is charged as an adult with armed robbery, police said.

Phillips should be considered armed and dangerous, and he's known to frequent McElderry Park in Southeast Baltimore, police said.

Detectives are working to identify the three other suspects.
