A man was shot in Baltimore's Belair-Edison neighborhood Friday night, police said.
Homicide detectives responded to the shooting in the 3900 block of Chesterfield Ave. around 8:20 p.m. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found an adult male inside an SUV suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to Det. Angela Carter-Watson, a police spokeswoman. The victim was transported to an area hospital, but was pronounced dead at 9:03 p.m., Carter-Watson said.
