Baltimore police identified the victim in a single-vehicle crash in the Canton industrial area Monday night as Thomas Alan Boone, 51.
Boone, of Baltimore, crashed head-first into the side of a bridge in the 4200 block of O'Donnell Street at about 7 p.m., and was later pronounced dead at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
Police said he was driving a 2008 Toyota SUV, and released no further details on the cause of the crash.
