Baltimore Police: Three men shot, one fatally, in two incidents Wednesday

Three men were shot, one fatally, in two separate shootings across Baltimore on Wednesday.

Baltimore Police said they were called to Northwest Baltimore, just outside Pimlico Race Course for a shooting just after 8 p.m.

When officers arrived in the 5300 block of Winner Ave. they found a 49-year-old man and 38-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Police said the 49-year-old man died at the scene while the other victim was transported to an area hospital.

Earlier on Wednesday, police said they were called to the Booth Boyd neighborhood in Southwest Baltimore after hearing gunfire and seeing a man run down 2200 block of Hollins St.

The man was transported to an area hospital, police said.
