On March 31, Baltimore police wrote in a news release said one of the victims was 53-year-old Dimarcus Waldo, correcting his age from a previous release. The department did not identify the 38-year-old victim in the release.

Police say there have been 64 people killed this year in Baltimore. Another 126 people have been shot and survived, police say. Those numbers are about the same as this time last year.

Since Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young declared a state of emergency in the city at noon on March 18, there have been 15 non-fatal shootings and three homicides reported by police.

In the week prior, between March 10 and March 17, there were seven reported homicides and 17 non-fatal shootings.
