Two people killed, four injured, including 2 teens, in Baltimore shootings on Thursday

Two people were fatally shot and four were injured, including two teenage boys, in various incidents on Thursday, police said.

Baltimore Police said they were called to the 1600 block of Cliftview Ave. for a shooting around 3 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The man was transported from the Darley Park neighborhood scene to an area hospital where he later died, police said.

About two hours later, police said they were called to the 700 block of East 22nd St. for a shooting.

When officers arrived in the East Baltimore Midway neighborhood they found a woman and a 35-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Both victims were transported to an area hospital where the woman died. Police did not provide the condition of the man.

Hours later, Central District officers were called to the Upton neighborhood.

Police said they arrived in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Ave. and found a 14-year-old boy and 15-year-old boy suffering from gunshot wounds. Both teens were transported to area hospitals and are said to be in “stable” condition.

A 30-year-old man at the scene was also suffering from a graze wound, police said, but he declined any medical treatment.

Groups of people lingered behind the police tape with officers nearby guarding the scene. Detectives huddled together and officers shined flashlights up and down the street searching for any traces of evidence.
