A 16-year-old boy was shot Thursday evening in Northeast Baltimore, according to police.
Officers arrived to the 1400 block of Kitmore Road around 10 p.m. for a reported shooting. There, they found a teenager who had been shot in the right shoulder. The victim was taken to an area hospital with what police say is a non-life threatening injury.
