Baltimore police are investigating the death of a person found dead in a burning building in West Baltimore Saturday as a homicide, according to a news release.
Around 7:23 a.m., Western District officers responded to the 2300 block of North Pulaski St. in the Mondawmin neighborhood for a report of a fire. When officers arrived, they found an unidentified male’s body inside of the building with signs of trauma, police said.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide.
