Three injured in two shootings that occurred minutes apart Wednesday, Baltimore Police say

Two men are in the hospital after they were injured in a double shooting in Southeast Baltimore on Wednesday morning, Baltimore Police said.

An unidentified man is in critical condition, and a 55-year-old man is in stable condition. Police believe the shooting occurred at the 300 block of Loneys Lane in the Ellwood Park/Monument neighborhood. Two victims were found nearby. Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting.

Officers arrived around 9:25 a.m. to the 3200 block of Pulaski Highway, where the 55-year-old man was suffering from gunshot wounds. The second victim was located a short distance away at the 100 block of North Clinton Street.

In South Baltimore, a woman was shot while driving in the Cherry Hill neighborhood.

Police said the 27-year-old woman was shot in her upper body by an unidentified suspect as she drove on the 2700 block of Spelman Road at approximately 9:23 a.m. Medics took her to the hospital for treatment.
