Three people were killed in separate shootings in Baltimore Monday, police said.
Shortly after 5 pm. Baltimore police were called to West Baltimore to the 1600 block of N. Smallwood Ave. for a ShotSpotter alert. Officers then found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.
He was transported to Shock Trauma where he later died.
About four hours earlier, at 1:15 p.m., police responded to the 1800 block of N. Chapel St. in the city’s Broadway East neighborhood for a reported shooting.
They found a man suffering from gunshot wounds to his head. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
And shortly after midnight one person was found dead in West Baltimore’s Rosemont neighborhood.
Around 12:03 police responded to the 1800 block of Bloomingdale Road, and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds, according to a police news release. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
