A 31-year-old woman was hit by a vehicle that then fled the scene Wednesday, Baltimore Police said. She died of her injuries Tuesday.
Police said Jessica Marie Tiller was struck around 8:40 a.m. by a vehicle traveling east on North Avenue as she crossed the corner of West North Avenue and Carey Street in Northwest Baltimore’s Penn North neighborhood. Paramedics took her to the Shock Trauma Center, where she died Tuesday.
Police said the suspected vehicle is a black Hyundai Sonata made between 2019 and 2023.
