A 17-year-old girl and 52-year-old man were injured in separate shootings Monday, Baltimore Police said.
Northwest District officers responded about 2:48 a.m. to the 3300 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway for a report of a shooting, according to a news release.
Police found the teen suffering from an apparent gunshot wound before she was taken by ambulance to an area hospital, police said. Her injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Monday night, just before 6:30 p.m., Western district police officers were sent to the 2000 block of McKean Avenue to investigate a shooting.
When officers arrived in the Mondawmin neighborhood, they found a 52-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen, police said. He was transported to an area hospital, police said.
