A woman was shot in the back of the head and a 28-year-old man was shot in the arm in separate incidents Friday night, according to Baltimore City police.
The woman was found in the 1800 block of E. Oliver St. in East Baltimore at about 9 p.m. She was taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to police.
Shortly before that shooting, officers went to the 5100 block of Park Heights Ave. for a shooting but could not locate the victim. A 28-year-old man walked into a hospital with a non-threatening gunshot to his arm. Police said detectives believe the victim was fighting at 5100 Park Heights Ave. prior to being shot.
