A 2-year-old girl died Monday after being in an unoccupied vehicle for an extended period of time in Northeast Baltimore, police said.
Baltimore police were called at about 5:15 p.m. to the 3400 block of Juneway in the Belair-Edison neighborhood, where officers found an unconscious child. She was transported to an area hospital, police said, where she was pronounced dead at 5:41 p.m. after life-saving efforts were made.
