Man shot after argument outside Fells Point club, Baltimore police say

A 30-year-old man was shot after an argument outside a Fells Point club early Thursday morning, Baltimore police said.

Officers on foot patrol heard gunshots in the area of Broadway near Eastern Avenue just before 2 a.m. They searched the area when they saw a vehicle speeding away. The officers followed the vehicle to an area hospital and found the victim, who had been shot in the torso.

The victim is listed in stable condition, police said.

Police initially said that the shooting stemmed from a fight inside of the Ritz Cabaret Gentlemen's Club near Broadway and Eastern Avenue. On Friday morning, police said the argument occurred between several people outside of the club.
