A 25-year-old man has been arrested in Baltimore and charged with attempted murder in the shooting of two men in the 500 block of N. Gay Street, according to Baltimore police.
Delfone Davis allegedly walked into the Old Town Mall area on Gay Street on March 25 and opened fire in the direction of two men, police said. One was shot in the arm, and one in the leg.
