A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged Thursday with attempted murder, Baltimore police said.
Kenneth Ballard was wanted for allegedly shooting a 29-year-old man multiple times on Oct. 12 in the 700 block of E. North Ave., police said. The victim was taken to an area hospital and treated for his injuries.
Police officials said members of the community assisted in helping solve the crime. Ballard is charged with attempted murder, assault and handgun related charges and is being held without bail.
