A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the murder of an 18-year-old earlier this month, police said.
On Nov. 4, at about 12:50 p.m., officers found Frederick Tindall, 18, shot in the torso in the 2000 block of Boyd Street. Tindall died at the hospital a short time later, police said.
On Nov. 5, 21-year-old Sterlyn Butcher of the 3900 block of McDowell Lane in Halethorpe was arrested in connection to the murder, police said. Butcher is charged with first- and second-degree murder, among other charges, according to online court records.
Butcher is currently being held without bail, police said.
