Baltimore Police have charged an 18-year-old man in connection to the shooting of a teenage boy in Sandtown-Winchester earlier this week.
Andre Hamilton, of the 900 block of McKean Avenue, was charged with attempted first-degree murder Thursday, police said. The victim, a 16-year-old boy, was shot multiple times in the 1300 block of North Carey Street on Tuesday. He was taken to a hospital for treatment and he is expected to survive.
