A female student was assaulted by an unknown male early Sunday on the campus of McDaniel College, school officials said.
The student was grabbed from behind and fondled around 1:40 a.m. while walking in the school's quad, according to a communication sent to students from the Department of Campus Safety. The suspect was described as a tall, thin black male wearing a black hoodie, according to the statement.
The student was not physically injured, the statement said.
