A crime lab technician for the Baltimore Police Department documents evidence of a fatal shooting at the intersection of Normandy Avenue and W. Franklin Street. Police say that a 25-year-old man was shot at about 1:45 p.m. Sunday. The deadly shooting occurred less than 14 hours after a 22-year-old and 65-year-old woman were gunned down at the opposite end of the street, where Normandy Avenue intersects with W. Mulberry Street.
