Baltimore Police have charged a 30-year-old man in a killing from October in East Baltimore. Russell Carrington is being held without bond in the fatal shooting of Antoinne Pratt, 23, who was found dead inside a vehicle in the 2100 block of Harford Rd. on Oct. 17, 2011.
