Police crack down on unleashed dogs

A vicious attack by two pit bulls on a white poodle has prompted a city police crackdown in Patterson Park. The Sun's Arthur Hirsch attended a community meeting Monday night to hear police describe what's they're doing. Offficers have issued 10 citations since Nov. 18.

It's always a contentious issue. We'll see if the police efforts over at Patterson Park make it easier for all dog walkers.
