ANNE ARUNDEL
A 43-year-old man was arrested early Thursday morning in Annapolis after police traced a GPS unit in his possession back to the vehicle he allegedly stole it from.

A 16-year-old Odenton resident said he was trying to avoid a punch when he stabbed someone who invaded his home on July 10, court documents said.

HARFORD COUNTY 
Three years later, there have been no arrests made in the mysterious case involving the kidnapping of Vi Ripken from her Aberdeen home.

Three Florida residents were arrested in Harford County on charges of theft and identity fraud. They're allegedly members of the Felony Lane Gang, police said.
