JERSEY CITY, N.J. — Authorities have arrested a Baltimore man after they say he robbed a woman and her 4-year-old daughter on a train platform in New Jersey.
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey police spokesman Joe Pentangelo says 29-year-old George Small grabbed the child's plastic shopping bag and $3 at the Journal Square PATH station on Sunday.
Pentangelo says police located Small and recovered the property along with two debit cards that did not belong to the suspect.
The Baltimore, Maryland, resident is charged with robbery and receiving stolen property.
