Police officers were called to Cregon’s neighborhood in the 7700 block of Sauerbacker Avenue about 10:20 p.m. Saturday for a report of shots fired. Witnesses told police Cregon had come out of his house and fired at least three rounds into the ground after an argument with a neighbor.

By the time officers arrived, Cregon had retreated back into his residence and refused to come out. The police Special Operations Section arrived and Cregon eventually came outside. He was taken into custody.

No attorney was listed in online court records for Cregon. He could not be reached for comment.
