Police are still seeking the operator of the other boat involved, who fled the area immediately after the crash, and was seen after the collision in the area of Deep Creek, off the coast of Cape St. Claire.

Slattery and an adult male were both injured while on a Wellcraft boat that was struck by a white center console vessel, estimated to be 25 feet long and operated by an unknown person, Moses said.
