Movers steal $30,000 worth of jewelry and art in Annapolis

A man who hired movers to help him transport items in his home later found the two suspects stole more than $30,000 worth of jewelry and artwork from his Beacon Court residence, Annapolis police said.

The man met the two men who offered their moving services outside a 7-Eleven. The unofficial movers pocketed jewelry and stole other belongings in the house during the move on Friday.
