Two men were in a Safeway parking lot in the 1700 block of Forest Drive at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday when two unknown men approached them with handguns and forced them into a car, they told Annapolis police.

The suspects then made the victims, a 23-year-old man and 15-year-old teenager, drive to a nearby neighborhood off Bywater Road in the 23-year-old’s 2008 BMW. The suspects then made the victims take the sim cards out of their phones and took their phones and money. The victims were not injured.
