At 9 a.m. Friday, highways around Baltimore were mostly running smoothly as rush hour wrapped up. The State Highway Administration reported no incidents or lane closures in the region.

Meanwhile, motorists in Baltimore should be aware of a series of road closures in effect for Artscape, which runs Friday through Sunday in Mount Vernon and Station North. In addition to the local street closures, the exit ramps from the Jones Falls Expressway onto Mount Royal Avenue will be closed.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported some service delays on light rail. The Charm City Circulator reported minor delays on the green and purple routes.
