Three-vehicle crash in Perry Hall kills Edgewood woman, 30

A 30-year-old Harford County woman was killed Wednesday after her car collided with two other vehicles along Belair Road in Perry Hall, Baltimore County Police said.

Amy Marie Thiess, of the 1900 Block of Sidnee Drive in Edgewood, died at the scene of the crash in the 9900 block of Belair Road near Perry Hall Road.

Thiess was driving a Honda Accord in the southbound lane when she crossed the center line, sideswiped a northbound Toyota 4Runner and then struck a Rav4 head on at about 4 p.m., police said.

The driver of the Rav4, whose identity has not been released, was taken to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The other driver was not injured. The accident remains under investigation.
