As of 9 a.m. Thursday. traffic was slow on the inner loop of I-695 near Providence Road, due to an accident.

Accidents were slowing traffic at Linden Avenue and Shelbourne Road in Halethorpe and at I-95 northbound near Montgomery Road in Howard County.
