As of 9 a.m., traffic was slow on the outer loop of I-695 past Route 295, due to an accident.

Accidents were slowing traffic on Route 29 southbound at US. 40 in Howard County, Route 32 eastbound at I-95 in Howard County, and Route 100 westbound near Route 170 in Anne Arundel County.

A fallen tree was blocking Route 482 near Brodbeck Road in Hampstead.
