Wednesday forecast: Mostly cloudy, high near 33

The National Weather Service is calling for Wednesday to be mostly cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a high near 33 and west winds of 8 miles per hour, becoming southerly.

A small craft advisory is in effect Wednesday morning for the middle and lower parts of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay and the lower tidal Potomac River.

Wednesday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with scattered flurries, a low around 31 and west winds between 6 and 8 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 20 miles per hour.

Thursday is expected to be partly sunny, with a high near 45 and west winds between 7 and 14 miles per hour.

Thursday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 32 and west winds between 3 and 6 miles per hour.
