Accidents were slowing traffic on I-83 south near Mount Carmel Road in Baltimore County and Goucher Boulevard and Taylor Avenue in Baltimore County.

A water main break was causing icy road conditions near Monumental Avenue and Hammonds Ferry Road in Baltimore County.

There were no major delays reported on Baltimore area transit systems.
