An adult male was shot in the head in Charles Village shortly before 11 p.m. last night, according to the Baltimore Police Department's Twitter feed.

Homicide detectives are investigating the incident, which occurred in the 2900 block of North Calvert Street, police said.

No other information about the crime was immediately available.
