Forecast: Dense fog then mostly cloudy, high 62

The National Weather Service is calling for Monday to be foggy and then mostly cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a high near 62 degrees and winds becoming southerly between 4 and 7 miles per hour.

The weather service has issued a dense fog advisory until 9 a.m. and warns there were be areas of reduced visibility in areas along the western shore of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay.

Monday night is expected to be cloudy, with a low around 53 and south winds around 6 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Tuesday is expected to be rainy, with a high near 63 degrees and north winds of 5 to 7 miles per hour. The chance of rain is 80 percent.

Tuesday night is expected to be cloudy, with a low around 47 and north winds between 6 and 9 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 60 percent
