Dana and Kevin Behan, of Columbia, announce the birth of their daughter, Lindsay McKenna Behan, on July 19, 2010, at 4:28 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces. Her sister is Natalie. Her grandparents are Judith and Harold Lowe, of Sandy Spring; Lois Peters, of Ellicott City; and Dolores and Will Behan, of Ocean View, Del.
